To all D-Star Users: N5MAD Minden Amateur D-Star has adopted a user policy effective immediately. We ask all who use any of the Club’s D-Star repeaters to adhere to the following:

N5MAD Policy on Reflectors:

GENERAL USE:
Reflectors are the D-Star equivalent of conference rooms and have been found to be very popular. It is the intention at N5MAD; following on from the norm, to have N5MAD Repeaters either unlinked or MODULE C connected to Reflector 1C & MODULE B connected to Reflector 48B when not in use. Please feel free to connect or disconnect it at any time you wish to have a local QSO, dedicated repeater to repeater connection, or to connect to another Reflector; all we ask is you re-connect as mentioned above or unlink when finished.

WHILE MOBILE:

When driving thru any N5MAD Repeater area and using this repeater while mobile, we ask you to reconnect as mentioned above or un-link the repeater before you leave the service area and while still in range to do so.

Please observe this policy to be courteous to others who want or need to use the N5MAD D-Star repeaters.
