Membership Classes:
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPin the club is open to all amateurs, and to those desiring to learn more about
amateur radio. This level of membership entitles members to receive gateway privileges. Associate Members are invited and encouraged to become involved in club projects and experiments. Associate Members do not have voting privileges.
FULL MEMBERSHIPin the club is closed at this time. Full Members have all of the privileges of Associate
Members. Full Members also have voting privileges in the club.
Applicant Information:
This is the personal information for each prospective club member. Please complete this section for each
member when making application for family membership. Please include both mailing address and an
email address.
Fee Information:
MINDEN AMATEUR D-STARHas established a membership fee structure to support the efforts and
expenses of the organization. The annual dues are indicated on the application. Dues are payable annually, and cover the period from January to December of that year. As a courtesy, members joining
after 1 October in a given year will be covered through December of the following year.
Dues remaining unpaid after January 31 will result in the member forfeiting D-STAR gateway privileges.
*There is no Initiation Fee.
MINDEN AMATEUR D-STARdoes not attempt to cover all expenses through our dues and fees structure.
We encourage members to make additional donations as individually appropriate. The club will formally
receipt each donation for tax purposes.
Submission Instructions:
Please complete the application form, and submit with appropriate payment to the address below.
MINDEN AMATUER D-STARcan accept personal checks or money orders. When applying in person, cash is also acceptable.
Please do not mail cash payments. Please make all instruments payable to the MINDEN
AMATEUR D-STAR.
